Manta Resort is located on the island of Pemba, Africa, located 250 meters off the east coast of Africa in the Indian Ocean, bringing guests to 4 meters below sea level.
Underwater resort was designed by Swedish architect, Mikael Genberg. The building consists of three levels which form a floating building. At the resort there is a terrace at sea level, visitors can enjoy a stretch of sunlight throughout the day.
As for the underwater hotel room surrounded by glass panels on all walls underwater panorama presented. During the day, in the underwater room, guests can see the charm of coral and fish swimming.
At night, guests can sleep in between the fish and other sea creatures. Manta Resort opened since 1 November 2013. To be able to stay at this resort, it costs 1,500 U.S. dollars, or approximately USD 17.685 million.
